Founder & CEO, Love First Realty · Licensed NYS real estate broker since 2012 · MBA, IT Management (expected 2027)
I started as a new agent at Rapid Realty. Within two years I was a broker running five franchise offices, and the company's CEO gave me the region to develop. When a venture group set out to acquire the company in 2016, they asked me to step in as CEO, and I wrote the post-acquisition business plan.
For the last nine years I've led Love First Realty, a New York brokerage focused on off-market, estate and investor transactions. I've turned an heirship acquisition pipeline that lived in scattered notes into a tracked workflow, and was brought to Athens to apply that expertise in a foreign market.
My pattern is the same wherever I go: understand where the company wants to be, decide what has to change to get there, and put the right people, process and tools in place to make it happen.
Margin, cost and capital decisions tied to measurable results.
Workflows redesigned so the work moves faster and anyone can pick it up.
Teams brought along, trained and trusted to work alongside AI.
Most companies are spending on AI faster than they are changing how they work. I help close that gap with five pillars, worked together from day one.
I designed Acquisition Radar to show what a small team can do with public data and AI when the objective is clear.
Owner names are masked. Values are screening figures, not appraisals, and every signal is verified at the source.
